  1. Hello, today I’m going to explain my running technique video and why I chose this activity. I decided to work on running technique because running is something we do in many sports and in everyday physical exercise, but a lot of people don’t realise how important good technique is. Having the correct posture, moving your arms properly and landing well with your feet helps you run faster and also prevents injuries. I also chose it because I like sport and being active, and improving running technique can help me become a better athlete, especially in sports like football where running a lot is very important. In my opinion, training technique is a good way to improve coordination, balance and resistance while also learning how to use your body correctly. Overall, it’s a simple activity but very useful for improving physical condition and performance.
