video 3rd evaluation-sofia

https://youtu.be/IgdaYVW9n50?si=MwA5VYMZ8aR98DkT This video is interesting because it shows how biomechanics affects everyday athletic movement and performance. The three concepts help explain why proper body mechanics are important for producing force, moving efficiently, and avoiding injuries. It also demonstrates that small changes in movement technique can greatly improve performance. Overall, the video gives a clearer scientific understanding of how the human body moves during physical activity. This video is useful for PE classes because the biomechanics concepts can help students understand how the body moves during sports and exercise. By applying these ideas in class, students can improve their technique in activities like running, jumping, throwing, or balancing. It can also help prevent injuries by teaching correct movement and posture

video CUALIDADES FÍSICAS (FUERZA - RESISTENCIA - VELOCIDAD - FLEXIBILIDAD)

I chose this video because I think it explains the topic in a clear and easy-to-understand way. It also uses practical examples that help to better understand each physical ability and its importance in sports and daily life. Thanks to this clear explanation, it is easier to distinguish each ability and understand how they can be trained and improved. Moreover, this topic is important because it does not only apply to sports, but also to everyday life  https://youtu.be/Vx09ZQa02NM

THE WARM UP IN FOOTBALL

Image
I chose this video because it connects directly with what we’re learning in class: how to design and do a correct warm-up, first general and then more specific for the sport. It shows a complete warm-up without material , so any student can repeat it at home or in PE. The space they use is very similar to what we have in school (15-20 m), so it’s realistic. It follows the right order : activation → mobility → specific movements → progressive runs. The exercises are typical of football (skipping, opening/closing the gate, lunges with twist, progressive sprints), so it links the theory to a real sport. The coaches explain the purpose of each exercise (groin, hamstrings, hip flexor, glutes…), which helps you understand the “why”, not only the “what”. It’s a safe warm-up : they start slow and increase intensity at the end, just like we said in class. It helps you learn new dynamic stretches instead of only static stretching. It’s in English, so it also works for...
