I chose this video because it connects directly with what we’re learning in class: how to design and do a correct warm-up, first general and then more specific for the sport. It shows a complete warm-up without material , so any student can repeat it at home or in PE. The space they use is very similar to what we have in school (15-20 m), so it’s realistic. It follows the right order : activation → mobility → specific movements → progressive runs. The exercises are typical of football (skipping, opening/closing the gate, lunges with twist, progressive sprints), so it links the theory to a real sport. The coaches explain the purpose of each exercise (groin, hamstrings, hip flexor, glutes…), which helps you understand the “why”, not only the “what”. It’s a safe warm-up : they start slow and increase intensity at the end, just like we said in class. It helps you learn new dynamic stretches instead of only static stretching.
