  3. I chose the first video (the one that explains the four basic physical abilities clearly) because it is very simple and easy to understand. It explains strength, endurance, speed and flexibility step by step, with clear definitions. I like it because it focuses on explaining the theory in a calm and organized way. It helps me understand what each physical ability means before seeing it in practice. The language is not too difficult, and everything is structured very clearly, so it is perfect to study and review for the second term.

    This video is good because it explains the concepts in a basic and direct way. If someone does not understand the topic very well, this video helps a lot because it goes slowly and makes everything easy.

    I also chose the second video because it shows the physical abilities in real life. In this video, you can actually see people doing exercises that represent strength, endurance, speed and flexibility.
